Key Terms & Conditions

4.1 Ownership of Goods

The item remains the property of the Company until full payment is completed.
The Customer shall not sell, transfer, or dispose of the item.

4.2 Payment Obligation

The Customer agrees to pay all installments on or before the due date.
Partial payments do not stop interest or penalties.

4.3 Default Clause

If the Customer fails to pay for two (2) consecutive months, the Company has the right to:

Repossess the item without further notice
Demand full outstanding balance immediately
Engage debt recovery agents

4.4 Late Payment Charges

A penalty of 3% of the overdue amount will be charged for each missed payment cycle.

4.5 Right of Entry & Recovery

The Customer consents to the Company or its appointed agents entering premises to recover the item upon default, where legally permissible.

4.6 Debt Collection

The Company may assign recovery to a third-party agency.
All recovery and legal costs may be charged to the Customer.

4.7 Customer Responsibility

The Customer is responsible for the safety and condition of the item.
Damage, loss, or misuse does not cancel the debt obligation.
