Terms & Conditions
This is a conditional sale (buy-now-pay-later) agreement governed by the Hire-Purchase Act, 1974 (N.R.C.D. 292).
4.1 Ownership of Goods
- The item remains the property of Kweman Enterprise until the Total Purchase Price is paid in full.
4.2 Payment Obligation
- The Customer agrees to pay every instalment on or before its due date.
- The Cash Price and the Total Purchase Price were stated to the Customer, orally and in writing, before this agreement was made.
4.3 Default & Late Payment
- The Customer is in default on failing to pay an instalment by its due date, or on breaching any term of this agreement; a penalty of 3% of the overdue amount may be charged for each missed payment cycle.
4.4 Recovery of the Item
- Voluntary surrender: if the default is not remedied within the notice period, the Customer shall deliver up the item to Kweman Enterprise at the place it was supplied or as reasonably directed.
