Key Terms, Consent & E-Signature

4.1 Ownership of Goods

• The item remains the property of the Company until full payment is completed.
• The Customer shall not sell, transfer, or dispose of the item.

4.2 Payment Obligation

• The Customer agrees to pay all installments on or before the due date.
• Partial payments do not stop interest or penalties.

4.3 Default Clause

If the Customer fails to pay for two (2) consecutive months, the Company has the right to:

• Repossess the item without further notice
• Demand full outstanding balance immediately
• Engage debt recovery agents

4.4 Late Payment Charges

• A penalty of 3% of the overdue amount will be charged for each missed payment cycle.

4.5 Right of Entry & Recovery

• The Customer consents to the Company or its appointed agents entering premises to recover the item upon default, where legally permissible.

4.6 Debt Collection

• The Company may assign recovery to a third-party agency.
• All recovery and legal costs may be charged to the Customer.

4.7 Customer Responsibility

• The Customer is responsible for the safety and condition of the item.
• Damage, loss, or misuse does not cancel the debt obligation.
